Hi, I'm Nathalie...

Nathalie Godoy Perez is a Realtor, with COLDWELL BANKER GAY DALES, INC., REALTORS®, serving the Monterey County area. She specializes in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties. Nathalie is a native of Salinas, where she attended Notre Dame High School and then went off to graduate from Santa Clara University.
 

Nathalie’s values of trust and transparency were handed down from her parents, who at one point were both real estate agents; her work ethic is inspired by both of them. Her mother, Leidi Godoy, has been in Real Estate for more than 20 years and has been her mentor in this industry. Nathalie sees her Real Estate career as a calling. She enjoys helping families in the community where she was raised that need expert assistance in their Real Estate affairs.

 

Nathalie’s expertise in buying and selling properties with her family, renovating homes, and digital marketing experience allows her to advise her clients on all aspects of a real estate transaction. She believes in creating a solid foundation to do business with buyers and sellers to get them the best possible price and terms.

 

When she’s away from the office, you might find Nathalie soaking up the sun at a dog-friendly beach with her husband and their pup, Zuzu. She also enjoys working on interior design and home improvement projects. Nathalie is fluent in English and Spanish.
